Abstract:
A double-clamping device for fine welding of chains and a double-head inclined stud welding machine. The double-clamping device for fine welding of chains comprises: a conveying track provided on a machine base and used for conveying chains; clamping mounts disposed on two sides of the conveying track, the clamping mounts being mounted on the machine base; hinged link levers provided on the clamping mounts; clamping parts provided on the hinged link levers, the clamping parts being used for clamping chains under the drive of the hinged link levers; and drive mechanisms for driving the hinged link levers to rotate on the clamping mounts by means of connecting portions. The double-clamping device is suitable for an automatic chain stud welding machine, can clamp conveyed chains to facilitate welding, and can achieve both firm clamping and accurate position, thereby ensuring chain welding effect and realizing fast and accurate stud feeding, thus improving production efficiency.
