Abstract:
Disclosed is a double D-π-A type pillar[5]arene dye, a synthesis method and an application thereof. The double D-π-A type pillar[5]arene dye has a conjugated structure. Provided is the synthesis of the double D-π-A type pillar[5]arene dye and an application thereof in dye-sensitized solar cells. In the present invention, the benzene ring of the alkoxy pillar[5]arene is used as a conjugated bridge structure to enhance the conjugation of the dye molecule. Two adjacent D-π-A structural units are bridged by the alkoxy pillar[5]arene to enhance the molar absorption coefficient of the dye and broaden the light-harvesting range of the dye. The three-dimensional structure of pillar arene is used to inhibit the aggregation of dye molecules. The dye has an excellent light-harvesting ability. The dye-sensitized solar cell constructed with the dye can obtain a larger photocurrent and voltage, thereby achieving higher photoelectric conversion efficiency.
