Abstract:

A double-disc gate valve, comprising a valve body (101), a valve cover (200), a valve stem (115), a guide plate (102), a wear plate assembly (103), a flow guide hole assembly, a disc spring assembly, and a valve plate wedge assembly; the guide plate (102) is sheathed in a valve cavity formed by the valve body (101) and the valve cover (200); the wear plate assembly (103) provides mounting support for the flow guide hole assembly and the valve plate wedge assembly which are provided in the valve cavity, and can move in the valve cavity together with the flow guide hole assembly and the valve plate wedge assembly, and a floating seal is formed between contact surfaces of the flow guide hole assembly, the valve plate wedge assembly and the guide plate; the flow guide hole assembly is an adjustable flow guide hole assembly, that is, the centroid distance and sealing force of the flow guide hole assembly and the valve body sealing surface can be adjusted, so as to form a straight-through conduit when the valve is fully open and an elastic sealing is formed between a valve base (104) and the flow guide hole assembly; the disc spring assembly is used for overcoming the frictional force generated by the valve plate wedge assembly and the flow guide hole assembly during closing the valve; and the valve stem (115) is used for transferring an actuation force during opening and closing the valve.
