Abstract:
A double-ended output charging circuit and an auxiliary circuit switch control method therefor. The double-ended output charging circuit comprises a transformer, a primary side input circuit provided on a primary side of the transformer, and a main circuit output circuit and an auxiliary circuit output circuit which are provided on a secondary side of the transformer in parallel. A primary side full-bridge inverter circuit is provided in the primary side input circuit; a main circuit full-bridge inverter circuit is provided in the main circuit output circuit; a half-bridge inverter circuit and a second-stage switch tube (Q11) which has a voltage stabilizing function are provided in the auxiliary circuit output circuit. The auxiliary circuit switch control method comprises: generating dead time when turn-on switching is performed between two first-stage switch tubes (Q9, Q10) in the half-bridge inverter circuit, and turning off the second-stage switch tube (Q11) within the dead time. According to the circuit and the control method therefor, dead time is generated by means of reverse recovery of a magnetic core in a bidirectional magnetization process thereof, and the time sequence of a post-stage switch device is controlled in the dead time, to reduce the voltage stress of a synchronous rectifier tube and reduce the loss of an absorption circuit of a synchronous rectifier circuit.
