Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a double-gate transistor, a pixel driving circuit and a display panel. The double-gate transistor comprises: a first gate electrode, a first electrode and a second electrode, wherein the first gate electrode, the first electrode and the second electrode are arranged on the same layer; a first insulating layer, which is arranged on a side of the first gate electrode; an active layer, which is arranged on a side of the first insulating layer that is away from the first gate electrode, wherein the active layer comprises a channel region, a first region and a second region, the channel region is provided between the first region and the second region, the first region is connected to the first electrode, and the second region is connected to the second electrode; a second insulating layer, wherein the capacitance per unit area of the second insulating layer is greater than or equal to two times the capacitance per unit area of the first insulating layer; and a second gate electrode, which is electrically connected to the first electrode.
