Abstract:
Disclosed are a double-layered polysiloxane supramolecular elastomer dressing for chronic skin wound and preparation method thereof. The method comprises: reacting a carboxyl-terminated polysiloxane with a monofunctional primary amine compoundand a bifunctional primary amine compound successively to obtain a siloxane oligomer; reacting the siloxane oligomer with an isocyanate to obtain polysiloxane supramolecular elastomers used as substrate or viscous layer; and then dissolveing the polysiloxane supramolecular elastomer used as the viscous layer and coating it on the polysiloxane supramolecular elastomer used as the substrate, and evaporating the solvent to obtain a polysiloxanesupramolecular elastomeric dressing with a double-layered structure. The film dressing has good air permeability and water absorbability, with the film substrate having good flexibility and low viscosity and the film adhesive layer showing good viscosity. The film dressing, when used as a chronic wound dressing, is beneficial to the growth and regeneration of wound tissues and may accelerate wound healing. The method uses polysiloxane as a raw material and has good biocompatibility without cytotoxicity and skin irritation.
