A double-pump assembly and a clothes treatment apparatus having same. The double-pump assembly comprises a pump body (10), and a first pump head assembly (20) and a second pump head assembly (30), which are arranged on the pump body (10), wherein the pump body (10) is provided with a water inlet (101), a first water outlet (104) and a second water outlet (105); the water inlet (101) is in communication with a first water intake cavity (102) or a second water intake cavity (103) in the pump body (10); the first pump head assembly (20) is configured to enable water entering the first water intake cavity (102) via the water inlet (101) to be discharged via the first water outlet (104); and the second pump head assembly (30) is configured to enable water entering the second water intake cavity (103) via the water inlet (101) to be discharged via the second water outlet (105).
