Abstract:
A double rotation grilling apparatus comprising a drive motor (3), an electronic control device (4), and a grill (2). The grill (2) comprises a double rotation assembled carrier (2.4) constituted by an annular upper cover (2.41), a lower cover (2.43), and a drive gear (2.42). Provided on the exterior of the inner wall (2.412) of the annular upper cover (2.41) are meshing teeth for meshing with the drive gear (2.42). The apparatus is characterized in that: the annular upper cover (2.41) is rotatable, the drive motor (3) is a two-way motor, and when grilling, when/after the upper cover (2.41) and the grill (2) achieve synchronous rotation, the direction of rotation is reversed. Because the need to stop the upper cover from rotating is obviated, the need for a stopping part is obviated; the shape of a cooking cavity (1), the manner in which same is opened, the design of a transmission apparatus, and the component structure thereof are all irrelevant; improved applicability is provided, and the beneficial technical effects of structural simplicity, inexpensiveness, and energy saving are provided.
