Abstract:
Provided by the present application is a double-rotator dehumidifying mechanism, which at least comprises: a first rotator adsorption module, which comprises a first regeneration area, a first dehumidification area, and a first heater; and a second rotator adsorption module, which comprises a second regeneration area, a second dehumidification area, and a second heater. According to the solution of the present application, a two-stage dehumidification rotator is employed; in one aspect, the gas exiting a second gas pathway branch of the outlet of the second regeneration area is returned to the inlet of the second regeneration area by means of a gas circulation path, is merged with at least some gas from the outlet of a gas containing cavity, is heated by the second heater, and is then introduced into the inlet of the second regeneration area to be recycled, which increases the utilization of regenerated heat energy and saves energy; in another aspect, some of the return air returned from the gas containing cavity is fed into the second heater, is heated to then serve as regeneration air of the second rotator adsorption module, and is supplied to the second regeneration area, which not only lowers the regeneration temperature of the second-stage rotator, but also reduces the load on the heater of the second-stage rotator.
