Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of nailing equipment, and particularly relates to a double-sheet synchronous vertical deviation rectifying and paper feeding device for a nailing machine, comprising a rack. Four deviation-rectifying conveying mechanisms which implement conveying independently are sequentially arranged on the rack in parallel from left to right, and two deviation rectifying sensors are arranged on one side of each deviation-rectifying conveying mechanism; the four sets of deviation rectifying sensors are used for detecting an alignment degree of two pieces of corrugated paper and transmitting a detection signal to a control system; the control system automatically analyzes a deviation angle of the paper boards; the system controls the acceleration and deceleration of the conveying of the four deviation-rectifying conveying mechanisms, so that the two corrugated paper boards are completely vertically aligned in the conveying process. The double-sheet synchronous vertical deviation rectifying and paper feeding device of the present invention thoroughly solves the bottleneck of shear openings and front-back dislocation of double-sheet cartons, and is high in structural automation degree, high in production speed and high in deviation rectifying precision.
