Abstract:
Disclosed are a double-shell neodymium-iron-boron magnet and a preparation method therefor. The double-shell neodymium-iron-boron magnet comprises main phase crystalline particles, a double shell thereof and an Nd-rich phase, which is adjacent to the main phase crystalline particles, wherein the main phase crystalline particles comprise R2Fe14B; an inner layer of the double shell comprises (Nd/Ho)2Fe14B and/or (Nd/Gd)2Fe14B, and an outer layer of the double shell comprises (Nd/Dy)2Fe14B and/or (Nd/Tb)2Fe14B, wherein the double shell has a thickness of 0.1 to 6 μm; and the Nd-rich phase comprises an (R-RH)6T13X phase. By means of the present invention, the double-shell neodymium-iron-boron magnet can be obtained, and a relatively thin shell is formed around a main phase, such that the amount of heavy rare earth elements being diffused into the main phase is effectively reduced.
