Abstract:
The present application provides a double-sided constant temperature fabric and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises: preparing reflective and heat-insulating fibers (i.e., second fibers), and etching the surface of the fibers by using laser light to obtain helical fibers, so that same have good light reflection and heat reflection properties, and use same as the outer layer of the fabric; preparing modified hemp fibers so that same have good unidirectional moisture conductivity and thermal conductivity properties, and use same as the inner layer of the fabric; and combining the inner and outer layers of the fabric by using a method for joining an inner warp and an outer weft to form a double-sided fabric. In the present invention, by modifying the surface structure of the fibers and modifying the fibers, the prepared fabric may achieve cooling by means of radiation heat dissipation and unidirectional moisture transfer during hot weather, and may achieve thermal insulation by means of heat reflection during cold weather. The present invention may be applied to clothing fabrication for human body temperature regulation, and has the advantages of large-scale batch preparation, low costs and high production efficiency.
