Abstract:
A double-sided solar cell and a manufacturing method therefor, relating to the field of solar cells. The manufacturing method comprises: acquiring a semifinished product of a double-sided solar cell, the semifinished product comprising a silicon wafer, and a P-type doping layer, a front passivation layer, and a front anti-reflection layer that are sequentially formed on the front surface of the silicon wafer; on the front surface of the semifinished product, forming openings corresponding to a front finger, the openings sequentially penetrating through the front anti-reflection layer and the front passivation layer and exposing the surface of the P-type doping layer; coating the interiors of the openings with a non-burn-through slurry that is in contact with the P-type doping layer, sintering, and forming the front finger. According to the manufacturing method, the open circuit voltage and conversion efficiency of the manufactured double-sided solar cell can be improved.
