Abstract:

Disclosed is a double sliding-plug door system, comprising a fixed bracket (40), a sliding-plug rail (41) arranged on the fixed bracket (40), a crossbeam (11), a driving mechanism arranged on the crossbeam (11) and used for driving the door on one side to reciprocate, and a linkage mechanism cooperating with the driving mechanism for pulling the door on the other side to reciprocate. The system also comprises a guiding locking block (51) and a limit mechanism (4) arranged on the crossbeam (11). The driving mechanism comprises a screw rod (2) and a nut assembly (3) driven by a motor (1); the nut assembly (3) comprises a transmission frame (9), a nut sheathed on the screw rod (2), and a following part (7) fixed on the nut. The nut is mounted in the transmission frame (9), and the transmission frame (9) is connected to a driving sleeve assembly (6). The screw rod (2) drives the nut assembly (3) to reciprocate along the axial direction of the screw rod (2). During the rotation of the screw rod (2) in a forward direction, when the following part (7) touches the guiding locking block (51), the following part moves to the limit mechanism (4) under the guidance of the upper surface of the guiding locking block (51) and is stopped by the limit mechanism (4), and the following part (7) rotates along with the screw rod (2) and enters a space between the side of the guiding locking block (51) and the limit mechanism (4) so as to be locked. As the screw rod (2) rotates in a backward direction, the following part (7) rotates along with the screw rod (2) in the backward direction until the following part is released from the limitation of the guiding locking block (51) and is thus unlocked, and then the following part moves along the axial direction of the screw rod (2).
