Abstract:
Provided by the present invention is a double-station transverse cutting machine, which carries out vertical extrusion cutting, so that the machining efficiency is high, and the yield is high. The double-station transverse cutting machine comprises a machine frame; a line cutting device; a pallet conveying line; a double-station pallet-receiving and blank-receiving assembly comprising a first station pallet-receiving and blank-receiving assembly and a second station pallet-receiving and blank-receiving assembly; and a double-station synchronous tracking pallet device comprising a left station tracking pallet device and a right station tracking pallet device. The machine frame is enclosed to form a machining region. The vertical extrusion center of an external extruder is located in the machining region. The left station tracking pallet device and the right station tracking pallet device are separately arranged on two sides of the machining region in a width direction thereof. The left station tracking pallet device and the right station tracking pallet device each comprise a horizontal traversing mechanism, a lifting mechanism, and an open supporting frame. The lifting mechanism is fixedly mounted to a vertical column on a corresponding side of the machine frame. An output end of the lifting mechanism is provided with a mounting frame for the horizontal traversing mechanism, and an output end of the horizontal traversing mechanism is fixedly connected to the open supporting frame.
