Abstract:
A method according to the present invention for manufacturing a dough for a food, in which a filling is wrapped in the dough sheet, comprises: a) a step for preparing a thin baked dough 2 by thinly extending a dough liquid and baking the same; b) a step for winding the thin baked dough 2 around a mold tool 3 which is tapered toward the tip; c) a step for freezing the thin baked dough 2 wound around the mold tool 3 to give a three-dimensional dough 20 which hardens in a state of being wound around the mold tool 3; and a step for taking off the mold tool 3 from the three-dimensional dough 20. According to the present invention, a food in which a filling is wrapped in a dough sheet such as a crepe can be quickly provided.
