Abstract:

A dough kneading hook structure and a dough kneading machine applying it. The dough kneading hook structure comprises a mounting frame (1), a first dough kneading hook (2), a second dough kneading hook (3) and fool-proof structures (4). Two mounting rods (11, 12) are arranged on the mounting frame (1). The first dough kneading hook (2) and the second dough kneading hook (3) are respectively mounted on the two mounting rods (11, 12). The two fool-proof structures (4) are respectively arranged between the first dough kneading hook (2) and the mounting rod (11, 12) matching therewith and between the second dough kneading hook (3) and the mounting rod (11, 12) matching therewith. A dual-blade mode is used to improve dough kneading quality, efficiency and an energy utilization rate. In addition, adding of the second dough kneading hook can balance vibrations and noise generated when the first dough kneading hook rotates, improving working stability of a product.
