Abstract:
The present invention averts the dropping out, from the base of a dental model, of dowel pins and the part of the dental model fixed to the base via the dowel pins. A dental technique master cast (100) is provided with a dental-model anchoring part (10) comprising an anchoring plate (11) and a plurality of dowel pins (12); a base (20) comprising an upper face, a lower face opposing the upper face, and a peripheral wall (24) connecting the upper face and the lower face, the upper face having formed therein first openings (21) into which the dowel pins (12) are inserted, and the lower face having formed therein second openings (22) communicating with the first openings (21); and a dowel-pin retaining jig (40) having resiliency and attached to the lower-face side of the base (20). The dowel-pin retaining jig (40) is formed to have a retaining structure for, in a state where the dowel pins (12) have been inserted in the first openings (21) in the base (20), detachably/reattachably retaining the other ends of the dowel pins (12) jutting out from the second openings (22).
