Abstract:
Disclosed is a down feather cleaning machine for preventing down feather caking during cleaning, relating to the field of down feather processing. The down feather cleaning machine for preventing down feather caking during cleaning comprises an operating bench (1). Four corners at the bottom of the operating bench (1) are all connected with supporting legs (2) in a fixed manner. The top of the operating bench (1) is connected with a machine body (3) in a fixed manner. A rotating box (4) is provided within the machine body (3). Both sides of the top of the rotating box (4) are connected with fixing columns (5) in a fixed manner. The top of the fixing columns (5) is connected to the top of an inner wall of the machine body (3) in a fixed manner. The top of the machine body (3) is mounted with a first electric motor (6) in a fixed manner. An output end of the first electric motor (6) penetrates through the machine body (3) and the rotating box (4) in sequence, and extends to an interior of the rotating box (4) and is connected with a first gear (7) in a fixed manner. A surface of the first gear (7) is meshed with a second gear (8). The second gear (8) is away from a side of the first gear (7) and is meshed with an inner wall of the rotating box (4). The down feather cleaning machine for preventing down feather caking during cleaning prevents down feather caking during cleaning in a cleaning cabinet and accelerates the down feather cleaning rate.
