Abstract:
A user equipment: transmits, on a cell, a first random access channel (RACH) preamble as a first message in a random access procedure; receives a first random access response (RAR) to the first RACH preamble, as a second message in the random access procedure; transmits a third message in the random access procedure on the basis of the second message; and receives a fourth message in the random access procedure. The third message may include information on subcarrier spacing candidates supported by the user equipment. The fourth message may include information on a particular subcarrier spacing to be used by the user equipment.
