A dragging and soaring type fire rescue vertical lifting device, comprising a ground control movable vehicle (1), a rotary plate (2), lifting winches (3), dragging cables (4), a power and control line (5), a lifting platform (6), a soaring device (10), a water spraying device, and a rescue platform device. The rotary plate (2) is disposed on the ground control movable vehicle (1); a plurality of the lifting winches is disposed on the rotary plate (2); the lower end of the lifting platform (6) is connected to the lifting winches (3) by means of the dragging cables (4); the upper end of the power and control line (5) is connected to the lifting platform (6), and the lower end thereof is connected to the rotary plate (2); the soaring device (10) is disposed at the upper end of the lifting platform (6). The lifting device can achieve a large lifting height, and a power device thereof can be made to have extremely large power; if an electric motor or a hydraulic motor is used to provide power, then the device can stay in the air for a long time, and there is no need to worry about electric power or hydraulic energy supply; the operation is simple, safe, and reliable.
