Abstract:

A drainage tube capable of being readily indwelled in the bile duct or the pancreatic duct without excessive burden on a patient and an endoscope with the drainage tube are provided. The drainage tube (200) is attached to the tip of an endoscope insertion section (15) inserted into the bile duct or the pancreatic duct, along the longitudinal shaft direction of the endoscope insertion section. This drainage tube (200) comprises: a tip-side tube region (51) fixed to the tip section periphery of the endoscope insertion section (15), that does not break when inserted into the duodenal papilla, and which has elasticity in the radial direction; and a rear end-side tube region (53) provided connected to the tip-side tube region (51), with extension lengths separated from the tip section of the endoscope insertion section (15) and less elasticity in the radial direction than the tip-side tube region (51).
