The present invention relates to a draw latch for a door, comprising: a latch unit and a keeper unit, wherein the latch unit comprises: a lever provided with a key box; a blade fixed to the front end portion of the lever via a hinge; a base rotatably assembled via a rotation axis to the end of the lever to which the blade is fixed via a hinge; and a base torsion spring inserted on the rotation axis to resiliently restore the position of the base. The keeper unit is fixed to an installation surface for the blade to be caught thereon so as to perform the function of locking/unlocking a door. The draw latch further comprises: a catch formed on one side of the base coupled to the rotation axis; and a locker on the hinge to catch on the catch. According to the present invention, because the base, which is the main component that fixes the door draw latch to an installation surface, can be opened and fixed, installation work is made more convenient due to minimized interference, and installation time can be shortened; and because one worker can easily and conveniently perform the installation, installation efficiency can be improved.
