Abstract:
This invention relates to a drilling device comprising a submersible electric motor (12) transmitting a torque to a drilling rod (2) through a speed reducer (8). A refrigerator (14) is attached to the top end of the motor (12) and is connected to a high pressure pump (16). A groove-cutting gear box (5) with two output shafts is positioned between a drilling bit (1) and the speed reducer (8). Each of the two output shafts includes a blade (3, 4) for cutting a groove on the wellbore wall. Two blocking bars (9, 10) fixed to the motor (12) can be engaged with the groove on the wall cut by the blades (3, 4) to prevent the motor (12), the refrigerator (14) and gear box (5), etc. from rotating with respect to the wall during drilling.
