A drive assembly and a vehicle, the drive assembly comprising: a reduction gearbox (1), comprising a reduction gearbox housing (11), a reduction gearbox input shaft (12) and a reduction gearbox output assembly (13), the reduction gearbox input shaft (12) and the reduction gearbox output assembly (13) both being disposed within the reduction gearbox housing (11), and the reduction gearbox input shaft (12) being drivingly connected to the reduction gearbox output assembly (13); a motor (2), comprising a motor housing (211), a motor stator (212) and a motor rotor (22), the motor stator (212) being disposed within the motor housing (211) and being fixedly connected to the motor housing (211), the motor rotor (22) being disposed within the motor stator (212), the motor rotor (22) comprising a motor output shaft (221), and the motor output shaft (221) being drivingly connected to the reduction gearbox input shaft (12); and an axle, comprising an axle housing and an axle input shaft disposed within the axle housing, the axle input shaft being drivingly connected to the reduction gearbox output assembly (13), and the motor housing (211) and the axle housing both being fixedly connected to the reduction gearbox housing (11).
