Abstract:
A drive circuit (50H, 50L) divides a terminal-to-terminal voltage across a switch (SWH, SWL). The drive circuit is provided with a differential circuit unit (60, 100) having first and second input terminals to which divided terminal-to-terminal voltages are input, wherein the differential circuit unit (60, 100) outputs an analog voltage corresponding to a voltage difference between the first and second input terminals. The differential circuit unit is capable of implementing a reset of an output voltage thereof, and outputs an analog voltage obtained by multiplying an amount of change from a reference voltage by an amplification factor, the reference voltage corresponding to a voltage difference between the first and second input terminals when a reset is implemented and then removed. The drive circuit outputs a binary signal corresponding to a result of comparison between the analog voltage output from the differential circuit unit and a threshold value, and, on the basis of the output signal, sets a rate of movement of a gate charge of the switch when a drive state is switched.
