Abstract:
A drive circuit, comprising: a pull-up transistor and a pull-down transistor, wherein a first terminal of the pull-up transistor is connected to a power supply, a second terminal of the pull-up transistor is connected to a first terminal of the pull-down transistor so as to jointly output a driving signal, and a second terminal of the pull-down transistor is connected to the ground; and a control circuit, which is separately connected to a control terminal of the pull-up transistor and/or the pull-down transistor, and is used for controlling the pull-up transistor and/or the pull-down transistor to turn on or off so as to change the driving signal, wherein the pull-up transistor and the pull-down transistor are not turned on at the same time under the control of the control circuit.
