Abstract:
Provided is a drive control device, for an electric motor, that suppresses sagging of flux applied during a soldering preprocessing step when mounting a printed circuit board onto a rear surface of a connector block. This drive control device for an electric motor has: a connector block comprising a connection clearance at which a portion of a terminal member is exposed and in which the exposed terminal member is connected to a terminal member of a counterpart connector; and an exterior member that is joined to the connector block and accommodates and seals a printed circuit board used in drive control of the electric motor. The connector block comprises: a soldering terminal part in which a terminal member protrudes from a rear surface on the accommodation space-side of the printed circuit board; and a storage part that is provided on said rear surface and stores excess flux that has been applied to and flowed out from the soldering terminal part.
