Abstract:
A timing generating circuit (4A) generates and outputs two signals which do not temporally overlap with each other. One of the signals is a PWM signal for driving a first MOSFET (10) serving as a switching element; the other is a pulse signal for driving a second MOSFET (11) serving as a flywheel element by means of a so-called logic circuit according to a PWM signal inputted from a microcomputer (24) and used for doing so-called PWM-control of a motor (6). In particular, the time intervals between the pulse signal and PWM signals outputted to a first gate drive circuit (2) before and after the logical value of a signal to a second drive circuit (3) goes 'High' are regular regardless of the variation of the duty ratio of the PWM signals.
