Abstract:
The present invention provides a drive device for an air passenger bridge. An output shaft of the drive device is coaxial with at least two wheels and its axle and a bearing carrier fixed on at least one beam assembly. Accordingly, the axle of the wheels of the device can be directly driven by a reducer, which reduces the gap caused by the reverse rotation of the wheels. The reducer of the present device can be sheathed to the axle of the wheels directly, which makes the assembling and disassembling operation as well as the maintenance of the device easy to perform and the failure rate of the device is rare.
