Abstract:
A swivel actuator according to the present invention comprises: a cylindrical housing having a hollow cylindrical part protruding from the center thereof; a BLDC drive motor in which a rotor is installed so as to be rotatable around the hollow cylindrical part; a cylindrical first worm gear integrally formed on the outer periphery of the rotor; first and second gear trains each coupled to the first worm gear so as to reduce the rotational speed of the drive motor, thereby generating torque-increased rotational output; a rotary table rotatably coupled to the hollow cylindrical part and having a ring gear integrally formed inside a side portion thereof; and first and second pinion gear units each having a lower end coupled to the other side of the first and second gear trains and an upper end coupled to the ring gear so as to transmit torque-increased rotational output to the rotary table.
