Abstract:
According to the present invention, a turn-on time is shortened without using a large-capacitance capacitor. A speed-up circuit (14) is provided between a power supply terminal (11) and a gate (21) of a semiconductor switch element (2). An impedance element (15) is provided between a signal input terminal (13) and a node (N1) between the speed-up circuit (14) and the gate (21) of the semiconductor switch element (2). In the speed-up circuit (14), a second field-effect transistor (Q2) is connected in series to a first field-effect transistor (Q1), and is connected to the gate (21) of the semiconductor switch element (2). The impedance of the impedance element (15) is higher than the impedance of the speed-up circuit (14) when both the first field-effect transistor (Q1) and the second field-effect transistor (Q2) are turned on.
