Abstract:
Provided is a driver condition estimating device (5) for estimating conditions of a driver. The device is provided with a driver condition estimating means (50a) for estimating conditions of a driver prior to starting driving, and a control changing means (50b) for changing control of in-vehicle devices based on the driver conditions estimated by the driver condition estimating means (50a).
