Abstract:
Disclosed is a driver having a reverse mounted synchronous belt, comprising: a driving device for driving a synchronous wheel to rotate, driven wheels respectively arranged on both sides of the synchronous wheel, a reversely mounted synchronous belt sheathed on the driven wheel, and racks meshed with the synchronous belt. With adoption of the described mode, the driver having a reverse mounted synchronous belt of the present invention realizes linear transmission through the reverse mounting of the synchronous belt; a driven wheel tensioning mechanism adjusts the synchronous belt to increase precision; racks are jointed using a connecting fixture to easily achieve long-distance driving; and multi-head driving can be realized. The present invention is flexible in mode, and has the advantages of high speed, high precision, compact structure, low noise, convenience in maintenance and the like.
