Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a driving apparatus and device for a silicon carbide (SiC) power device. The apparatus comprises: a power supply voltage conversion circuit and a power switch circuit, wherein the power supply voltage conversion circuit is connected to the power switch circuit; the power supply voltage conversion circuit comprises an adjustable resistor, a voltage stabilization device and an operational amplification device; the voltage stabilization device is respectively connected to the adjustable resistor and the operational amplification device; the resistance value of the adjustable resistor is adjusted; the power supply voltage conversion circuit is configured to provide different driving voltages; the power switch circuit comprises a switch tube and an SiC power device, the SiC power device being connected to the switch tube; and the power switch circuit is configured to receive a control instruction of a user, control the turning-on or turning-off of the switch tube according to the control instruction and the driving voltage, and drive, on the basis of the turning-on or turning-off of the switch tube, the SiC power device to be turned on or turned off.
