Abstract:
A driving assistance method and a driving assistance apparatus, applicable to the field of autonomous driving or intelligent driving. The driving assistance method comprises: determining that a driver is in an abnormal state; determining that a first operation on a first terminal by the driver is an abnormal operation; and executing first processing, the first processing comprising outputting indication information and/or control information, and the indication information or control information being used for indicating a second operation on the first terminal, or the first processing comprising controlling the first terminal to execute a second operation. The first terminal may be a car, an airplane, an unmanned aerial vehicle, a ship, a crane, a tower crane, or another moving device of which the spatial position can be moved or the spatial shape can be changed by a human operation. The driving assistance method provided can avoid generation of unnecessary or unpleasant warnings, improve the efficiency and accuracy of a driver monitoring system (DMS), and further reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents.
