Abstract:
In order to provide a driving control device that is for an alternating current electric motor and can suppress torque vibration during location sensor-equipped control of the alternating current electric motor, said torque vibration being caused by an angle error which is due to the influence of signal noise or eccentricity of the location sensor, this driving control device for an alternating current electric motor which is driven by a power converter using vector control comprises: a phase difference calculation unit that calculates the phase difference between rotation location information for the alternating current electric motor and a control phase which is used when performing the vector control, and outputs a first phase difference; a filter unit that outputs a second phase difference resulting from using a filtering process to damp a specific frequency component from the first phase difference; and a speed and phase calculation unit that calculates the rotational speed of the alternating current electric motor and the control phase on the basis of the second phase difference.
