A condition for entering an accelerating feeling enhancement mode where driving force is corrected for increasing is that an acceleration pedal has been stepped on for a predetermined period or longer (S1), and at least the acceleration pedal is not on a releasing side (S2). When that condition is met, mode switching is performed (S5) in synchronism with the timing of judgement to shift up an automatic transmission (S7). Since mode switching is synchronized with the timing of judging speed change, a driver can easily accept a moment in time when switching is made to accelerating feeling enhancement mode. Furthermore, strange feeling can be eliminated by that switching made in synchronism with speed change, and the timing for switching to a variable driving force control can be set in design of a vehicle. A driving force controller of a vehicle in which speed change control is performed while satisfying expectation of the driver for acceleration and lessening strange feeling can be thereby provided, and a vehicle equipped with that driving force controller can be provided.
