Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: an external tooth spline which is provided to the outer periphery of either a first shaft member or a second shaft member and in which a plurality of external teeth are arranged in the circumferential direction; an internal tooth spline which is able to engage with the external spline and in which a plurality of internal teeth are arranged on the inner periphery in the circumferential direction; a sleeve which moves in the axial direction, which has provided to the inner periphery thereof the internal tooth spline to be engaged with the external tooth spline, and which is coupled to the other of the first shaft member and second shaft member and couples the first shaft member and second shaft member so as to be able to transmit a driving force; a movement mechanism for moving the sleeve in the axial direction; a holder for attaching the sleeve and movement mechanism and making same holdable; and a positioning mechanism for abutting the holder against either the first shaft member or the second shaft member and positioning the same member in the axial direction, and for mounting the holder onto the first shaft member.
