Abstract:
A driving mechanism for a heat transfer printing device, the driving mechanism comprising an electric motor (m1), a reduction gear (m2), a transmission tooth component (m3), a lead screw nut pair (R) and a gearbox (m4), wherein the upper end of a lead screw (R1) is fixedly connected to the middle of the reduction gear (m2); the gearbox (m4) comprises a first box member (m41) and a second box member (m42) arranged up and down; the inner wall of the first box member (m41) is provided with a first bearing mounting portion (m411); the inner wall of the second box member (m42) is correspondingly provided with a second bearing mounting portion (m421) and a lead screw assembly hole penetrating the middle of the second bearing mounting portion (m421); the upper end of the lead screw (R1) passes out of the upper side of the reduction gear (m2); a first plane bearing (m51) and a second plane bearing (m52) are respectively connected to the upper side and the lower side of the reduction gear (m2) at the upper end of the lead screw (R1); the first plane bearing (m51) is assembled on the first bearing mounting portion (m411); the second plane bearing (m52) is assembled on the second bearing mounting portion (m421); a radial bearing (m53) is assembled at the lower portion of the lead screw assembly hole; and the lead screw (R1) is mounted on the radial bearing (m53). The driving mechanism has a small size and a stable structure, and creates little noise. Further provided is a heat transfer printing device applying the driving mechanism.
