Abstract:
A driving method for a display, and a display. The driving method comprises: according to the polarity of display data of a target frame of image, determining an extreme grayscale value corresponding to the polarity (S1); adjusting the voltage value of a first power source voltage of a display according to the extreme grayscale value, so as to obtain the voltage value of a second power source voltage (S2); and according to the voltage value of the second power source voltage and the display data of the target frame of image, driving the display to perform display (S3).
