Abstract:
A driving wheel for a vehicle, and the vehicle. The driving wheel comprises a support unit (1), a deformation unit (2), and a wheel face unit (3). The support unit (1) is connected to the wheel face unit (3) by means of the deformation unit (2). A blade unit (4) is provided between the deformation unit (2) and the wheel face unit (3). By means of the deformation unit (2), the vehicle can travel at least in usage scenarios of land, water and air. By means of the cooperation with the vehicle body structure of the vehicle, the driving wheel realizes the change of three forms, and thus is widely applicable to various situations.
