Abstract:
Provided is a droplet digital PCR chip, comprising at least one chip unit, wherein each chip unit comprises a chip body formed by sticking an upper piece to a lower piece; the chip body is internally provided with a sample feeding cavity and a liquid drop storage cavity; the chip body is provided with a sample feeding pore in communication with the sample feeding cavity; a plurality of liquid drop forming pore channels are arranged between the sample feeding cavity and the liquid drop storage cavity; the heights of the liquid drop forming pore channels are less than the height of the liquid drop storage cavity; and a sample feeding liquid enters, from a liquid drop forming pore channel with a small pore diameter, the liquid drop storage cavity with a large pore diameter to form a liquid drop which enters the liquid drop storage cavity.
