Provided is a droplet measurement system and the like whereby the volume of a droplet can be measured with high precision by image processing having a smaller computational load than the prior art. The present invention is a droplet measurement system for measuring the volume of a droplet falling from a nozzle, wherein the droplet measurement system is provided with: an imaging unit for capturing an image of a subject and outputting image data, the imaging unit being mounted with the field of view thereof toward the distal-end part of the nozzle and a region extending vertically downward from the distal-end part; an imaging control unit for setting the field of view of the imaging unit to a rectangular region elongated in the vertical direction and causing the imaging unit to execute image capture; and an image processing unit for acquiring, in chronological order, a plurality of images of the distal-end part of the nozzle and the region extending vertically downward from the distal-end part, corresponding to the rectangular region, on the basis of the image data outputted from the imaging unit, and calculating the volume of the droplet on the basis of the acquired chronologically ordered images.
