Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention provides a drug and a health food for suppressing gene mutation using a nucleic acid and RNA. [Solution] A drug and a health food containing yeast extract and one or more components derived from plants, fish, and a dairy products in addition to yeast extract as an active ingredient, especially containing RNA as an active ingredient, suppress gene mutation by promoting repair of damaged DNA or promoting killing of cells including damaged DNA, rather than inhibiting DNA damage.
