This drug injection system is provided with: a storage unit where a drug is stored; an injection path for injecting the drug in the storage unit into a flow path, through which the water to be treated flows, upstream of a reverse osmosis device provided in said flow path; and an applying unit which is provided in the injection path and which applies shocks to the drug.
