Provided is a drug supply device that suppresses the wasteful consumption of a drug resulting from a blow-down process executed while a drug feed process is halted. The present invention is provided with a drug supply means and a drug supply control unit (311) that executes a drug supply process in the drug supply means in a manner so that an input amount of the drug that has become necessary as a result of the blow-down process is supplied to a circulating water system. The drug supply control unit (311) interrupts the drug supply process when the next blow-down process has been executed during execution of the drug supply process started after the completion of a blow-down process, restarts the drug supply process after the completion of the next blow-down process, and after the completion of the immediately prior blow-down process, causes the drug supply means to execute the drug supply process in a manner so that an amount of the drug that is the total of the remaining input amount that should be supplied to the circulating water system and the input amount of the drug that has become necessary as a result of executing the next blow-down process is supplied to the circulating water system.
