Abstract:
This drug supplying device is equipped with: a recess forming unit (13) in which the capacities of the recesses formed in a container film by each of a plurality of forming dies are mutually different; a drug supplying unit (14) that supplies a drug to each formed recess; a prescription data receiving unit (22) that receives prescription data; a determination unit (23) that determines, on the basis of the prescription data received by the prescription data receiving unit (22), whether or not the capacity of the recess formed by the single forming die currently in use from among the plurality of forming dies is insufficient to house a single dose of the drug in the recess; a notification unit (24) that notifies a user that the recess capacity has been determined insufficient by the determination unit (23); and a control unit (25) that, in cases in which the determination unit (23) has determined that the recess capacity is not insufficient, controls the recess forming unit (13) to continue using the single forming die currently in use while also controlling the drug supplying unit (14), and in cases in which the determination unit (23) has determined that the recess capacity is insufficient, controls the notification unit (24) so as to notify the user that the recess capacity is insufficient.
