Abstract:
A drum-type laundry machine according to the present disclosure is provided with a housing, an outer tank, an inner tank, a motor, a vibration sensing unit, and a control unit. In a dewatering operation, the control unit compares information that is obtained when information of motion of the outer tank along one of a first axis and a second axis reaches a local maximum value and that pertains to motion of the outer tank along the other axis different from said one axis, with information that is obtained when information of motion of the outer tank along said one axis becomes a local minimum value and that pertains to motion of the outer tank along the other axis, thereby determines the position of an offset load in the inner tank, and controls the motor on the basis of the determined position of the offset load in the inner tank.
