Abstract:
A drum washing machine (100) comprising: an enclosure (20); a tub (30), where the tub (30) is mounted within the enclosure (20); lifting elements (60), where the lifting elements (60) are telescopically arranged between the tub (30) and the enclosure (20), and the lifting elements (60) are connected at both ends thereof respectively to the enclosure (20) and to the tub (30); a Hall sensor (40), where the Hall sensor (40) is arranged between the tub (30) and the enclosure (20), and the Hall sensor (40) senses the telescopic lengths of the lifting elements (60) and converts the lengths into an electric signal; and, a controller (50), where the controller (50) is connected to the Hall sensor (40), and the controller (50) receives the electric signal and determines the weight and/or displacement of the tub (30) on the basis of the electric signal.
